Thank you so much for your superb service! I was so surprised when I received an email from you the same day I ordered ornaments, saying my order #13739 was complete and shipped. When I came home yesterday the ornaments had already arrived. I placed the order on Friday and the package arrived on Monday. Each year on Thanksgiving Day, we decorate the Christmas tree. I give a new personalized ornament to family members that is reminiscent of something they have done that year. I always order in plenty of time so they will arrive by Thanksgiving. I sure didn't expect to receive my order in three days.

This is just a small note of thanks. Sorry it is so long after Christmas but it was the first chance I had to personally thank you for the great ornaments I ordered in December. I had ordered 2 karate ornaments - One for a boy and one for a girl....My niece and nephew loved them...What really stood out for me about your company was the fact that you changed the color on the karate belts....There was no need to point that out to them, they both (age 10 and age 7) noticed it immediately and were so excited.
