If you have any questions about your order, personalization options, or anything related to our products, please contact Customer Service at: admin@ornamentexpress.com.  We are unable to take phone orders due to the importance of accuracy of spelling of personalization, all orders must be place online through our website.

Once an order is placed at checkout there can be No changes or cancellation of your order!

 

Delivery Issues

·         BROKEN/DAMAGED: If you receive a damaged or broken item, we are very sorry this happened. We will replace it right away if you write to us at admin@Ornamentexpress.com. In the Subject line, please write: BROKEN ITEM -Tell us which item(s) is to be replaced by giving us the item number and then the Order Number. We would also like to know where it was broken, so we can better serve our customers. When we ship your replacement, we will send you an email. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. If we have questions, we will be in touch with you via email.  All claims should be e-mailed to us within 10 days of delivery of your goods.

·         MISSPELLING:  All orders are proofed before leaving our facility, unfortunately sometimes errors do occur.  We apologize for this error.  We will replace it right away if you write to us at admin@Ornamentexpress.com. In the Subject line, please write: MISSPELLED ITEM -Tell us which item(s) is to be replaced by giving us the item number and your Order Number. If possible, please attach a photo.  You will receive an email and tracking information when we ship the replacement. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. If we have questions, we will be in touch with you via email.  All claims should be e-mailed to us within 10 days of delivery of your goods.

·         EXCEPTIONS:  Ornament Express will not be responsible: 

  • If you misspelled a word or incorrect date during the check-out process.
  • If you purchased additional quantities by accident. 
  • If you do not like where the writing has been placed by our personalizer. 
  • If you do not like the style of handwriting used by our personalizer.

Discounts: 

·         Orders of $200.00 or more will receive an automatic 10% discount at the checkout! The large orders may take an additional 2 to 3 days more before shipping.

  • Discounts are applied at the check-out.  Periodically we offer discount codes through our mail list.  Please be sure to Register as a Customer and sign up to receive Special Offer Emails.  We send emails throughout the holiday season.
  • Large quantity discounts are offered to group sales of the same ornament/same personalization of 24 or more ornaments.  Please email us at admin@ornamentexpress.com.  Please let us know the item number and the quantity you are in need of, and we will email you with a discounted price and code.  Large orders do take additional time to personalize and process.
