All claims should be e-mailed to us within 10 days of delivery of your goods.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, we are very sorry this happened. We will replace it right away if you write to us at admin@Ornamentexpress.com. In the Subject line, please write: BROKEN ITEM -Tell us which item(s) is to be replaced by giving us the item number and then your Order Number. We would also like to know where it was broken, so we can better serve our customers. When we ship your replacement, we will send you an email. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. If we have questions, we will be in touch with you via email.
