All claims should be e-mailed to us within 10 days of delivery of your goods.
If you receive a damaged or broken item, we are very sorry this happened. We will replace it right away if you write to us at admin@Ornamentexpress.com. In the Subject line, please write: BROKEN ITEM - and then your Order #. Tell us which item(s) is to be replaced by giving us the item number, which is either one or two letters followed by 4 numbers. We would also like to know where it was broken, so we can better serve our customers. When we ship your replacement, we will send you an email. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. If we have questions, we will be in touch with you via email. Certain items will be picked up by UPS and returned to us!
Once an order is thru the check-out there can be No changes or cancellation of your order!
We ship via USPS Priority Mail to all U.S States and APO/FPO address. Shipping outside the U.S. is also available at a higher shipping cost! Click shipping policy on left side of home page for all shipping cost!
