Return Policy

Therefore, our return policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, just return it to us (return postage is your responsibility) within 10 days and we’ll credit the entire purchase price of the ornament (s) to the charge card you used on your order.
All claims should be e-mailed to us within ten (10) days of receipt. Please be sure to include your order number. It appears at the top of the confirmation we automatically send you, by e-mail, a few minutes after you place your order.
