Return Policy
We are very sincere in our desire to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Therefore, our return policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, just return it to us (return postage is your responsibility) within 10 days and we’ll credit the entire purchase price of the ornament(s) to the credit card you used on your order.

·         EXCEPTIONS:  Ornament Express will not be responsible: 

  •    If you misspelled a word or incorrect date during the check-out process.
  •      If you purchased additional quantities by accident. 
  •     If you do not like where the writing has been placed by our personalizer. 
  •      If you do not like the style of handwriting used by our personalizer.

 

All refunds must be emailed to us within ten (10) days of receipt of order at admin@ornamentexpress.comPlease be sure to include your order number as it appears on your order confirmation email.

Delivery Issues: 

·         BROKEN/DAMAGED: If you receive a damaged or broken item, we are very sorry this happened. We will replace it right away if you write to us at admin@Ornamentexpress.com. In the Subject line, please write: BROKEN ITEM -Tell us which item(s) is to be replaced by giving us the item number and then the Order Number. We would also like to know where it was broken, so we can better serve our customers. When we ship your replacement, we will send you an email. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email. If we have questions, we will be in touch with you via email.  All claims should be e-mailed to us within 10 days of delivery of your goods.

·         MISSPELLING:  All orders are proofed before leaving our facility, unfortunately sometimes errors do occur.  We apologize for this error.  We will replace it right away if you write to us at admin@Ornamentexpress.com. In the Subject line, please write: MISSPELLED ITEM -Tell us which item(s) is to be replaced by giving us the item number and your Order Number. If possible, please attach a photo.  You will receive an email and tracking information when we ship the replacement. This will be done within 5 days of receiving your email.
