HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

The USPS states to ensure delivery by 12/24/18 within the US, all orders must be placed by 12/19.

USPS states that delivery is not guaranteed. Scheduled delivery and date and time depend on origin, destination and Post Office acceptance time

Express Mail orders must be placed by 11am EST 12/21 to ensure delivery by the 24th of December


SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to USA Only, we no longer ship to Canada

   Orders are shipped thru USPS Priority Mail to ensure proper handling.  Orders leave our facility (located in Smithtown, New York) within 3 business day and USPS states 2-3 days delivery time to all domestic addresses. During the holiday season (Thanksgiving to Christmas) orders may take 5 days to process. Our facility is closed from 12/22/18 through 1/1/19.  Orders placed during this period will ship after 1/2/19.

USA Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout stage of ordering.  The rate will be calculated from the shipping address entered.  You will see the amount before you enter payment information.

Handling Fees:

Certain larger items (table toppers) are very expensive to ship and will have a handling fee added. If there is a fee it will be noted during the ordering process.

Express Shipping (Valid Thanksgiving - December 21st 11amEST)

Express shipping is offered at additional charges. Prices will be calculated at checkout.       

Ornament Express is not responsible in the following:

  • Late, lost or misdirected orders due to USPS delivery issues or customs detainment.
  • If your order is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address during check-out, a $6.95 reship fee will be charged.
  • If a package has been scanned by a USPS postal carrier and confirmed as delivered, but you state you did not receive it.
  • If an order is Out for Delivery and has a Delivery Status Not Updated status.
  • If a package is missing after being confirmed delivered by your USPS Carrier.
  • If your order is delayed due to weather conditions or any other condition out of the control of the USPS or Ornament Express.
  • If a package is lost while in the possession of the USPS.
  • If you are a registered returning customer and use an old address that is no longer yours.
